The City of Pinole has awarded a contract to CSW-ST2 (Consultant) to conduct a comprehensive study to learn more about internet access within our community. The Consultant will evaluate the speed of internet connections in terms of bandwidth, which refers to the total data delivery speed to computers, televisions, and similar devices. Bandwidth is commonly measured in megabits per second (Mbps), and higher bandwidth generally leads to a better user experience.
We value your input regarding the current state of broadband internet access in Pinole. Your thoughts and experiences will contribute to the survey results, which will be presented to the City Council later this year. Based on the findings of the study and community feedback, the Consultant will present recommendations to enhance internet access.
