Nearing Completion and Under Construction 

  • 1409 & 1431 Nob Hill - Two (2) Single-Family residential structures - Building Permit issued. 
  • New Triplex - 1479 San Pablo Avenue - Three attached residential units -Under construction.
  • 2511 Ellerhorst St - New one story single family residence - Under construction.
  • 1169 Pinole Valley Road - New two story single family residence. Under construction.
  • East Bay Ophthalmology Center - 1289 Pinole Valley Road.  ~6,900 square foot medical office building. Under construction.

Planning Approval/Construction Plan Check

  

  • 7-Eleven/Union 76 Convenience Store and Gas Station Renovation - 2401 Appian Way (currently a Valero Gas Station) - New convenience store and new fueling canopy and fueling system.  Build permit review. 
  • Pinole Square - Southwest intersection of Appian Way and Tara Hills Drive.  Application submitted to renovate and expand the existing Safeway Grocery store and add a new gas station and construct new commercial pad buildings. Approved by City Council June 2020; parcel map review by Planning Commission January 2021.   
  • 2337 San Pablo Ave - Casa Amada - outdoor display and food vendor space enclosed within a wood fenced area. Approved by Planning Commission October 2020.
  • Hazel Drive Four-Lot  Subdivision / Design Review for single family development and Development Agreement for roadway connection to Sunnyview Drive, West end of Hazel Drive. Approved by City Council approved November 2020.  
  • 472 Limerick Rd - New two story single family residence and ADU. Approved by Planning Commission November 2020.
  • 8 N Rancho Ct - New single family residence and ADU. Approved by Planning Commission March 2021.
  • 2525 Brandt Ct - New two story single family residence and ADU. Approved by Planning Commission March 2021.

  • 2801 Pinole Valley Road - Office/commercial addition and new 29 unit residential building.
  • SAHA - 811 San Pablo Avenue - 33 unit affordable housing.
  • Vista Woods - 600 Roble Avenue - 179 unit affordable senior housing.
