Pinole's City Hall History Exhibit

City Hall History Exhibit

The Pinole Historical Society has gathered cultural artifacts from the past and produced an impressive display in Pinole City Hall. This exhibit is housed in four custom-built cabinets and showcases pictures of Pinole from days gone by, antique bottles, Native American pottery, and other interesting items in several display cases sprinkled throughout the City Hall lobbies. The development of the exhibit was made possible through a grant from the Pinole Redevelopment Agency and the dedication of local residents Rebecca Gutierrez and Gail Von Aspern.

Stop by during business hours and enjoy this unique exhibit. Display cases are located in the lobby, along the stairway, and on the second-floor landing.

If you would like to help the exhibit grow by providing historically significant remnants of Pinole's past like photographs, oral histories, and other artifacts, please contact the City of Pinole Administrative Offices at (510) 724-9000. Items can be donated or placed on loan to the City of Pinole.

Here is a small sample of the items on display...
