Abandoned Vehicles

If you would like to report an abandoned vehicle (parked more than three days on a public street) please send an email: [email protected] or call 510-724-1111.

Please provide the following:

  • Location (address or street and cross-street)
  • Make and model
  • Color
  • License plate
  • How long the vehicle has been parked
  • Any additional information (ie-distinguishing marks, condition, equipment, etc.)


Shoplifting

The Pinole Police Department is committed to responding to, thoroughly investigating and pursuing prosecution shoplifting cases. There are a few easy steps loss prevention agents and businesses can take to help us successfully investigate and prosecute shoplifters

  • Write a detailed report
  • Include all supporting documents: Report, Property List and Citizen's Arrest form
  • Include evidence: photographs of property and video surveillance (compatible with Windows Media Player
